Articles of Association

The objective of the company is the acquisition, holding, management and realisation of investments, estates and financial assets in its own name and for its own account, together with the rendering of services related with such activities. Activities requiring permission of German Federal Law §34c Gewerbeordnung (Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act) or §32 Kreditwesengesetz (German Banking Act) are excluded. The company is authorised to carry out all affairs and measures associated with its objective or appropriate for its growth. It is authorised to establish both local and foreign subsidiaries.
