living-e AG Karlsruhenew name, new focus
 Webedition GmbH becoming Living-e AGNew products, internationalisationwebEdition is the market leading web content management system in the German-speaking world, with over 25,000 licenses sold. Its suppliers, webEdition Software GmbH from Karlsruhe, Germany are changing their company name and legal form to living-e AG.The company has made the necessary entry in the Commercial Register. The change in the company name has no effect on the location in Karlsruhe. New strategic focus The name change emphasises living-e's new software strategy: focusing product development on the fields of productivity and publishing. In the future, living-e AG will offer Software with which company customers can, on the one hand, increase the productivitiy of their employees through more efficient information exchange and, on the other, publish any type of information. In addition to expanding the product portfolio, the company will further promote internationalisation. HLZ Beteiligungs-GmbH is acquiring shares in the company as part of the changes. |
