The apentia consulting group, the leading human resource consultancy company in the SAP field, registered in St. Gallen and Heidelberg with branch offices in Munich and Hamburg, will appoint Horst Ziegler, founder and managing partner of HLZ Beteiligungs-GmbH, to the advisory board as of January 1, 2007.

Horst Ziegler will provide advisory support to the executive board in strategically important tasks and issues, thus standing as a further guarantor for solid growth. This is a lasting, long-term commitment. He stands for 32 years of know-how in the IT branch, including 15 years with SAP AG.

Personal profile:

Horst Ziegler (born 1950) is the founder and managing partner of HLZ Beteiligungs-GmbH. He has been active in the IT branch for around 32 years, 14 of which as an entrepreneur. Among other positions, he was employed at SAP AG from 1979 - 1993. In 1993, he founded OSS Consulting GmbH, a consultancy office focusing on SAP. Six years later, the company merged with Plaut AG. He was initially active as the managing director in this new context, then later as chairman of the board for Plaut Deutschland AG. In October 2001, he founded zetVisions AG to develop future-oriented software in the field of Business Intelligence and Investment Management.
