HLZ Beteiligungs GmbH invests in 123 Nährmittel GmbH.

On May 10, 2007, the founding of 123 Nährmittel GmbH and the company's participation agreement with HLZ Beteiligungs-GmbH were notarized. The aim of 123 Nährmittel GmbH is the development, production and sale of innovative foodstuffs. The upcoming launch of Essknete modeling clay has already met with a broad response. Production is to begin in mid-2007; marketing is already in full swing.

As part of the founding of 123 Nährmittel GmbH, HLZ GmbH took up a share of 10% in the new company. The financial resources received by the company from the transaction will initially be used primarily to help build the Essknete brand.

Horst Ziegler, founder and Managing Director of HLZ Beteiligungs-GmbH, will bring the benefit of his entrepreneurial experience and networks to the business right from the outset in his capacity as adviser.
